Once you have found a few artists that genuinely interest you take their name and pop it into your file sharing program and see if any songs pop up. If so, within minutes your music library should be beginning to grow.If not, no worries there are still many other tools that the internet provides that can save you from the radio station that repeats the same song over and over. For example there are hundreds, if not thousands of music communities that you can join on the web. These communities such as www.stereokiller.com can put you in direct contact with other music buffs, where you can discuss artists, share music and read reviews. Another fantastic technological advancement is the MSN or AOL instant messenger, www.aol.com Not only does this program allow you to have conversations with people all of the world but it also has a specific tool that allows one person to send a file directly to the other. Lastly there is the internet radio, such as www.koobaradio.com that are popping up all over the web with music from mainstream to unsigned bands.

That's great, but the truth is, when I get obsessed with a new song, I WANT to hear it over and over!
Alix,
I have been researching p2p file sharing resources and I stumbled upon your blog. Although isn't what I was really after, it made a change from the usual run-of-the-mill blogs I normally seem to find. I'm going now to find more information on p2p file sharing. Take care.
Blogging is still new to me Alix. I never heard of or knew what a blog was until about 6 months ago. Wow, there are so many of them it's amazing. Now they're everywhere. And it seems like everyone has one but me. I was looking for websites with info about file sharing. Then I decided to try blogs. Anyway, I'm trying to improve my site at http://www.p2p-mp3-filesharing.com for all the music and movie lovers out there, and was originally looking for relevant information I could use. Got sidetracked a lttle bit....lol. It was interesting. Thanks Alix, Mike
Hi and hello there Alix, I get sidetracked easily these days. After spending many hours checking out websites looking for file sharing related info. I decided to try some blog sites. I found much more usable and updated information on the blog related sites than the regular websites...this is very cool. I gotta get me one of these when I find the time. My site at http://www.p2p-mp3-filesharing.com needed some updated info. After that, I thought I would check out some of the other kind of blog sites. Some are pretty cool. It's been fun. Thanks Alix, mike
Hi Alix,
I was looking for information about peer to peer file sharing when I came accross your blog. doesn't really cover what I was after but it sure looks like it'll be useful. I'm off to find more resources on peer to peer file sharing. Good luck and keep it up.
